After sweeping and conditioning the orchard rows, we use specialized machines to collect the walnuts. Our harvesters not only pick up the walnuts but also clear out remaining debris, ensuring the cleanest, freshest nuts make it to your table.
 

From there, the walnuts are transported to the huller and drying process to lock in flavor.
